The Farm offers an Intensive Outpatient Program consisting of a three phase system that focuses on stabilization and relapse prevention. Patients learn to manage post acute withdrawal and chemical craving while also learning to cope effectively with abstinence based issues. Because we care, Intensive Outpatient Treatment is affordable to most everyone. Our services are covered in whole or in part by most insurance plans. At The PathFinders we believe that everyone has the right to treatment. One may qualify for our reduced fee based on income. The cost of services at The PathFinders is often less than other area treatment providers. The PathFinders offers clinical assessments at no charge to determine the appropriate setting and level of care.

 The PathFinders' Intensive Outpatient Program is designed to offer treatment to persons who can maintain chemical abstinence in an outpatient setting. Persons assessed to be appropriate for this level of care receive individual and group therapy, an individualized treatment plan, relapse prevention therapy, Family Program and Aftercare Program. The PathFinders' Intensive Outpatient Programs are staffed by Master's level national and state certified addiction counselors, a licensed professional counselor, and a licensed psychological examiner. All are committed to providing effective and comprehensive treatment in the least restrictive environment.
