The PathFinders, Inc was founded by Daniel S. Hoyle, LPC MHSP in March, 1989. Since that time The PathFinders' has expanded into the following areas:

1. Licensed Residential Detox/Rehab Freestanding Center  25 Beds for men.
2. The Rural AIDS Education and Outreach Program RAPP
3. The PathFinders Gallatin Outpatient
4. The PathFinders "Farm" 8 Beds for women
5. The PathFinders Administration Office and Residential/Outpatient meeting Facility & Dining Hall
6. Co-Occurring Disorders (COD) Assessed and Serviced.
